What materials can you attach FLEXCLIP Tab to?

Accepted Answer

The FLEXclip Base and Tab can be applied to the following surfaces:

- Most Plastics
- Metal: Steel, Aluminum
- Sealed wood
- Paint

The FLEXclip Base and Tab cannot be applied to the following surfaces:

- Concrete/cement
- Porous wood
- Greasy sufaces

PLEASE NOTE: Before applying the FLEXclip Base or Tab to any surface, ensure that the surface has been cleaned with the alcohol wipe provided in each FLEXclip package and is thoroughly dry.

How can I remove the FLEXCLIP Tab or Base?

Accepted Answer

Gently slide dental floss or a credit card between the FLEXCLIP adhesive and the connecting surface.
PLEASE NOTE: Use caution when removing the FLEXCLIP from glass surfaces. Improperly removing the FLEXCLIP Base or Tab from a glass surface may crack or damage the glass.

Can I reuse the FLEXCLIP Tab or Base?

Accepted Answer

Generally, both the FLEXCLIP Base and the FLEXCLIP Tab are designed to only be attached once. However, in certain situations, if the FLEXCLIP Base or Tab are removed without residue on the adhesive, they can be used more than once.

Additionally, you can purchase replacement tape in our store in order to reuse your FLEXCLIP Tabs and Bases.

Will the adhesive leave a sticker residue if the FLEXCLIP is removed?

Accepted Answer

Generally, no. The adhesive should detach cleanly. However, if a sticker residue remains, simply clean by placing a paper towel or rag soaked in rubbing alcohol over the area. Let it sit for several minutes to soften the residue. Then wipe the residue away.

What is your Refund/Cancellation Policy?

If you have a problem with your Pod & Reel or FLEXCLIP malfunctioning or breaking, we are happy to send you a replacement per our replacement policy. We also accept returns and will issue a refund (minus shipping fees) for unused, unbroken products that are returned within 30 days. However, we do not provide return shipping at this time. Simply email info@TheFLEXCLIP.com with your request and we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction!

What is your Shipping Policy?

Accepted Answer

We ship both US Domestically and Internationally. US Domestic orders are charged a flat $2.99 with shipping times between 3 - 7 days, and International orders are quoted at the time of checkout with shipping times between 5 - 14+ days.
